VGI Networks is here to help you in as many ways as possible.

We offer a nice collection of interactive tutorials for cPanel, aimed at helping you with common issues and actions. We also offer interactive tutorials for help with FTP, DNS, and Fantastico. For our resellers, we offer tutorials for WHM as well.

Web hosting support

We offer 24/7/365 support via an automated ticketing system, available through our Account Management Center. Tickets are sent directly to our on-duty network administrators, who can assist you efficiently and quickly. Cutting out the need for relaying messages from person to person until it finally makes it to the right one.

We offer toll-free support, available during our normal business hours.

We offer “live help” as well. In general live help will be available starting one hour after our office opens, through one hour prior to our office closing. Times may vary slightly, and there may be occasional instances where it is not available. However, those are rare.

We also offer network updates as needed on our network status page. If there is an issue that clients need to know about, we will make a note of it there.
